Started fit-up of the rear center spar. Will need to remove it to updrill for the rear locking pin.
Installed the center seatbelt. Drawing F03 view C-C (and perhaps View B-B) clearly indicate the belt should be on the aft side of the spar. There are no details on the drawings on where to cut a hole in the seat pan or what size it should be. Some builders installed the belt in front of the spar, some behind with a cutout in the seatpan. Pictures I have suggest the factory Onex may have the belt on the front of the spar. I have a qurestion into Sonex about this, so I'll hold off on installing it behind the spar and cutting a hole in the seat pan.
Updrilled the axles for the indicated MS24655-357 cotter pin.
Drilled out the pilot holes in the main spar to #40 for the rib installations.
